Hi, I do a lot of yoga these days, which is awesome, but I want to get back into doing some cardio - running and biking, this spring. I work with allgirlfitness.com and find myself sitting at my computer writing about fitness more than doing it. What's up with that? I need some motivation!

Hi everyone, I apologize for being MIA lately but my favorite running buddy, Teddy, was hit by a car on Tuesday and we have been desperately trying to save him... I think he will be ok but needs constant care right now. My exersize has gone down the tubes for now - I will be starting again slowly with some Cardio and of course some Yoga.

For now - send some positive energy for Teddy and remember everday is a gift - Happy mother's day to all the Moms out there.

Congrats on your yoga the other day, Susan!! Have u been running? I did a little kundalini the other day myself, and a little qi gong. So far today (this a.m. before work) I did 20 min. of cardio and a bit of supreme pilates. A friend just opened her own yoga studio, so I want to get over there for classes. Look's like my plans won't work out for the Mom's Day race in Central Park. I have to BABYSIT! I guess that's fitting on Mother's Day... bummer. But it's going to be a beautiful day.

Awsome, I did a great yoga class this morning also... ran about 5 on Weds, need to update my workout page - did you sign up for the run? Supposed to be nice here this weekend, so hopefully I can get out and run both days.

Today's a cardio day for me, but our women's league played mad basketball last night - I'm pooped! I did do supreme pilates some kundalini yoga this a.m. I'll figure out something tonite.

Ok - so we are on for the Mother's Day (May 13) run in NYC - I just went out on a 4.5 mile run, pretty slow but it was great. Who's in? I added the race info and a link to online app on the allgirlfitness group page.

Last week I had the flu, I wanted to run, do yoga - anything, but I really couldn't lift my head up, let alone put running shoes on and get out there. So, this week I start again. Yesterday, I did a pathetic 2.5 mile walk/run, but at least it was a start.

So - today starts serious, well dedicated anyway, do something every day mode. I need your motivation and inspiration to keep it goin, help me!

Hi Susan, hope you're carrying on with yr training. Running is a great thing. I'm trying to get back "on the road" myself after being away from it a "minor" ankle issue. You can do it!

Hi everyone, I am looking to become involved with a running group - I used to run a lot but have been out for a year or so... the goal would be to complete a 1/2 marathon late spring. I need some motivation!
